Hello HP Community,
I want to use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool but i keep getting errors
Can anyone help me?
Laptop info:
- Name: HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-f295nd (ENERGY STAR)
- Serialnumber: 5CD50906LY
- Productnumber: L7A27EA#ABH

Hi:
Your notebook was never supported by the HP cloud recovery tool since it was made prior to 2016 (the serial number you posted indicates your notebook was made in February of 2015), and in any event, HP withdraws support for the HP cloud recovery tool when the PC becomes 5 years of age.
Your only option to reinstall W10 would be to make a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft Media creation tool from the link below:
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from this reputable 3rd party driver site since HP retires driver support when the PC becomes 10 years of age.
