Hi there
i have been trying to wipe or delete all files on my laptop as im selling it i dont know what ive done but cannot do anything now as i seem to have lost my admin privIlegesI MUST have done something without realising, thus i cant do anything to try to get them back as the pc wont let me as all i am getting when i try is the pop up saying NO Only and cant make changes to the pc....Windows 10 HP laptop wont even let me boot in safe mode its driving me MAD now any help??? please !!!!! Thanks

IF you've removed your Admin rights, there is nothing we can do to restore them for you.
What MIGHT work is unhiding the actual Administrator account, logging in using that, and trying to do a reset from that ...
