Product: HP Pavilion Plus 14 inch Laptop PC 14-eh0000 IDS Base Model

I purchased extended warranty from Care Pack and they have not updated the warranty. I tried a billion times to call them but they do not answer, shame on HP to allow Care Pack to act like cowboys. I raised a dispute on the website and have not heard back. I spent 2 hours on chat with HP agents and they could not help... Please help before things get worse.
