Product: HP Chromebook 11a-nb0000na
Operating System: Chrome OS

Hi

I purchased HP Chromebook 11a-nb0000na based on Google's Auto update policy that mentions that AUE is June 2028. But when I started and updated the Chromebook for first time, it says the AUE is June 2024. That's a lot less than what's on Google Auto Update Policy page. I'm wondering why this discrepancy. I would have bought a different product if I wasn't made to believe that this model has has got longer AUE.

Hi, we are having the same issue here. We have an 11a unit that is saying the AUE is June 2024 within the settings but policy you have sent a link to says 2028? Can you please clarify.
