Thank you for the driver packages but unfortunately non of them were good enough for the Windows 11 installer.
I decompressed both of the zip files and copied the result to a pen drive... during installation I pointed to this files, see the attached photos. A lot of compatible drivers were found but during installation Windows said: "No new driver found...".

See if HP support can provide you with a cloud restore image. A cloud restore has the drivers needed for factory setup.
Ask them for a product id that can be used a the below site
https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/
I tried your product ID, 724M7EA#AKC, and it was not supported.
They should have one that might be in another language that might work.
Tell them the laptop will be returned for warranty repair unless they can provide a recovery image.
At a minimum they should be able to find another laptop like yours and create a recovery USB.
If you know anyone that has a similar laptop see if you can get them to make a recover image for you. A recovery image will not any user data file so there is no possibility of the other owner giving away private information.
You make are recovery image either by entering "hp recovery" or just "recovery"
The is the best I can do, sorry.

Unfortunately, the HP support operating in my country does not have the appropriate dedication, so I constantly receive priceless answers from them instead of a solution. They claim that I bought the machine with FreeDOS operating system, so it is not their job to help install Windows. I gave up on them. However, in the meantime I managed to install WIndows 11, so I want to share with everyone that the problem was Secure Boot enabled in the BIOS. After I turned it off, Windows was no longer missing drivers and installed without problems.

I am glad this worked out for you. Windows 11 comes with recovery tool
After installing all the required HP drivers you may want to create a recovery USB
