It is not possible to clean install Windows 11 because installer won't find any driver for storage.
There is an opportunity to choose one appropriate driver from a location, but driver is not accessible for my configuration.
HP support page: no driver for download.
AMD support page: driver found but only to use with working Windows.
Notebook model: HP 255 G9
Product number: 724M7EA
BIOS Revision: F.10
Processor and chipset: AMD Ryzen 3 5425U with Radeon Graphics
SSD platform: NVMe
SSD drive: Samsung mzvlq256hajd-00bh1

Unfortunately, the HP support operating in my country does not have the appropriate dedication, so I constantly receive priceless answers from them instead of a solution. They claim that I bought the machine with FreeDOS operating system, so it is not their job to help install Windows. I gave up on them. However, in the meantime I managed to install WIndows 11, so I want to share with everyone that the problem was Secure Boot enabled in the BIOS. After I turned it off, Windows was no longer missing drivers and installed without problems.

Can you provide the link to the AMD driver that is needed?
I am guessing the driver is packaged in an executable application and needs to be opened before it can be used.
I looked thorough the HP site for your laptop software and did not see any AMD storage drivers.
Can you also provide your product ID includeing the 3 letters after the # character? Possibly cloud recover is available

I tried extracting drivers from the win11 and was unable as I do not have any AMD systems and my 7zip did not expose the drivers. However, the windows 10 driver list included the SATA raid drives in a small zip file NAMED
"raid_windows_driver_930_00296"
Download that zip, and copy the "WIN10" folder to a USB flash
When asked for the drive put in the USB and browse to the win10 folder
If that does not work then our expert @Paul_Tikkanen might be know a better driver.
Unfortunately, your product ID does not have cloud recovery
if you have a backup that works, you could restore the backup, then put in a windows 11 USB and execute the "setup.exe" to upgrade to 11.

Unfortunately the drivers are not proper for my notebook. I tried both CC and DID versions also.
I think I need your mentioned expert @Paul_Tikkanen's help to get rid of this problem.

There is another solution that you are not going to like and it happened maybe 2-3 weeks ago.
The owner took the laptop to a shop after everything we tried failed.. The NVME drive was removed and put into another laptop, it was not even an HP one. Windows 11 was installed and the NVME was put back in the HP. The system was able to boot and all of the missing HP drivers were installed. The key was that the windows installation got past the NVME driver problem which got windows installed and that then allowed all the other drivers to run and be installed. This can be a matter of luck depending on the substituted laptop or desktop.

Another solution could have been to attach the NVME to a USB3 adapter, plug the USB into any working windows system preferable one that had the same chipset (Intel or AMD). Then clone the existing systems C drive onto the USB adapter containing the NVME. The NVME then is put in the target system it was bought for. Worst case it would boot in safe mode and take a long time to download the correct drivers and would need to be activated using the original systems HP key.

Yes, removing the NVMe drive for an external installation can be a solution, but in that case opening the new product will immediately void the warranty.
I talked to HP support in my home country. They suggested me to download and install at boot time the "Intel RST driver". I think it might be a wrong idea because the notebook has AMD microprocessor, not Intel, and a NVMe drive uses the PCIe bus of the CPU. Nevertheless, I tried to download it at HP, but it is not available for the product.
After these they wanted to see the UEFI SSD test result, what I sent in the meantime. Tests are passed. Now I am waiting for the answer of the HP Support.

I do not know if this will work or not but I extracted it from the win11 amd driver using 7zip and trying the option "/qn" on the file "AMD_Chipset_Drivers.msi". This gave a "data1.cab" and I extracted the drivers from the cab
download and unzip into your USB flash drive. Create a folder "temp" and unzip into temp
when installing win11 use the temp folder when it asks for the missing driver.

If it works make a note of which driver was used as there are a lot of drivers.
This might help someone else.
That Intel RST is only good for Intel chipsets but the problem is similar in that the driver needs to be installed before the windows install can continue.
