I have a HP Spectre X360 and I am unable to create or do a cloud recovery for this laptop. I cannot get passed the section where I enter my ProdID.

HP withdraws the Cloud Recovery Tool support when notebooks reach 5 years of age.

 

Your Spectre 15-df0033dx model is 7- 8 years old.

 

Your other option is to use a Windows installation usb drive created with Microsoft Media Creation tool from the links below.
