Compaq Presario C714NR Laptop Software

Hi everyone,

I have just purchased a Compaq Presario C714NR Laptop PC, and was wondering if there was an available version of HP Support Assistant for Windows Vista. And do I have to do anything with Windows Vista to factory reset it? I know Windows Vista is no longer supported by HP and Microsoft, and I know that my Compaq is no longer supported by HP. Just wanted to make sure that I have the right information

Since this Notebook is an older Model, there are no drivers or HP Support Assistant available for this Model

Thank you for your response. Since the Compaq C714NR is older and no longer supported, all drivers and updates would be available from Windows Update? I plan on reinstalling Windows Vista Home Premium onto the Hard Drive.

Yes any Driver updates will automatically be done by Windows if the Hardware is compatible with Windows 10
