Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop crashed over the weekend and without warning. I am appalled by the fact that it is now unrecoverable, and yet everything was running smoothly right up to the crash. Can someone at HP please inform me why there were no indications that this would happen? This definitely does not endear me to buying another HP product any time soon.

@Johnq124 I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

 

Please look for a private message requesting additional information. 

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
