Computer hot in mornings when it is shut off

On my HP envy360, sometimes when I wake up in the morning my laptop will be hot and does not want to start up right away. It takes a couple times of pushing the power button for it to start up. My device is completely shut down before I go to bed, I do not put it in sleep or hibernation mode. I am wondering why it would do this. Also, when I run HP PC Windows diagnostic fast test, it will freeze on the last test, which I think is the memory test. Could these be related at all? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

1. In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant. 
2. Check for updates. 
3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.

Also, Perform the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this document.
