My computer continues to ask for a bit locker key. I did find keys under my it's under my account but they do not work. Is there a work around this?? Somebody please help.

Thank you for the support however I am very naive when it comes to all this! I do not have AUS B. And I need to be told in baby steps lol how to correct this issue.

And even pushing the F2 or F12 keys it only brings me to the bit lot recovery screen
