I did the HP Cloud Recovery flash drive process and follow the orders of the video. I enable the Legacy support & disable the secure, and I still got this message. My computer is around 4 years old and we never had any issues after all of these years owning HP products. I did confirmed that my model is supported by this, though this message states otherwise.

Hi:
Unfortunately, there isn't anything that I know of you can do to get the recovery media to work.
Your only other option would be to use the Microsoft media creation tool and an 8 GB USB flash drive to make a bootable USB installation flash drive to clean install W10.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
You can do this because there is no need to enter a Windows product key.
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

Thank You for replying/helping, I’ll try this tomorrow. I forgot to mention that the first thing that pops up when I turn on the computer is the Secure Boot Violation. So I’m not sure if that is fixable/changeable. If the Windows 10 was able to be installed, would it wipe out the computer? Thank You

You're very welcome.
I'm not sure what the Secure boot violation error would be other than to guess that if you booted the USB flash drive from a legacy boot source, that may cause the error.
When Secure boot is enabled, you have to boot the recovery drive/installation flash drive from the EFI (UEFI) USB boot source.
When you clean install W10, after you get past the 'Install Now' screen, you have an option to delete partitions.
If you delete the partitions, that will erase everything that was on the drive.
If you install Windows over the existing Windows partition, it will create a Windows.old folder and after Windows installs, you can explore the Windows.old folder, find your old user profile and copy and paste any files you wanted to save onto a portable hard drive or your new user profile.
