Its a hp laptop and it's on a constant loophole of troubleshooting and it wont fix itself or let me do anything to it. Like restarting, system quick test, or extensive test, processor test (passed). I've tried 011, troubleshooting anything on this page and it wont budge...... I'm really stressed out. Please help!

Hi,

Just to be sure. You have tried performing hardware tests at boot. Did the Hard Drive test pass? Were you not able to perform the test on the Hard Drive? What reason?
