Computer still showing Expired Warranty even though I purchased an Extended Warranty

I purchased an extended warranty for my laptop because I realized that my regular warranty had expired. But online it is still saying my computer has an expired warranty. Not sure what to do.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
