Its the Wal-Mart Red Flyer with a "Bay Trail" Pentium N processor which needs no cooling fan. The hard drive and memory are removable so can be replaced if bad. It has one memory slot and takes a standard 2.5 inch SATA laptop hard drive.

The model you gave in the intro to you post is not an actual HP model designation. Can you specify the product or model number? Shutoff as you describe can also be bad memory or a bad hard drive. But many models that have no cooloing fan have one or both of those components soldered to the motherboard making repairs difficult and expensive.
