HP Laptop

My laptop started an update from the Windows 7 operating system to Windows 10 last night. In the midst of the update, the battery ran out and the laptop died. I turned it back on, but now it seems to be stuck between both operating systems, trying to start and saying it is "restoring your previous version of Windows", but then dying and starting again. How do I hard reset or something? Anything? I don't care what OS it is I just want it to work!

Hi

Assuming you can accept the loss of your data, you could try a reset/recovery.

Simple thing first
