Hello!

 

I am currently using an HP Envy 360 laptop. Since I came back from my TDY, I realized my screen is cracked and I would like to know if there is some way I can get it repaired?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
I understand your HP notebook screen is damaged, in order to fix this issue your computer display assembly needs to be replaced.

As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically.
