I bought this laptop brand new last november. From day one that i felt that it did not work properly. Its been slow, crashing all the time, cant do anything with it. Over heats. If im watching netflix after about 20minuts it starts crashing and i have to restart it to be able to play anything else on it. The CPU is pretty much constantly on 100% and seems to be worse if i am connected to the internet. I have nothing installed on it and it has been this way since the day i bought it. Any idea on what i should do? Thank you

Hi,
Basically, the problem is the CPU in the notebook, it is not really powerful and will not be able to do any real "work"
What I would do is perform a clean install on the PC, update the PC completely and try to install as little as possible. Have a nice clean system to work with.
Here is a small guide:
Download media creation tool from Microsoft on PC, run and create a bootable pendrive with the OS on it. (there is an explanation on the Microsoft web page on how to create the pendrive). Create the drive with Windows 10 Home 64-bit edition. Windows will automatically activate once installed and connected to the Internet.

If you choose this option you will need to use the pendrive to perform a clean install of Windows 10. You might need to disable fastboot and secure boot in BIOS (probably not). So, insert the pendrive in the PC. Turn off PC by holding the power button. Press the power button and immediately keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears and then press F9 and choose the pendrive in the boot menu. Once it boots from pendrive follow the procedure to install Windows. Choose Custom install and delete all partitions. Install on unallocated space.
When finished installing allow Windows to completely update and find all or most drivers. You can follow this process by going into settings > Security and update > click on Verify for updates. You might need to reboot a couple of times.
