Product: Hp notebook - 15- DB0000na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I bought this laptop brand new last november. From day one that i felt that it did not work properly. Its been slow, crashing all the time, cant do anything with it. Over heats. If im watching netflix after about 20minuts it starts crashing and i have to restart it to be able to play anything else on it. The CPU is pretty much constantly on 100% and seems to be worse if i am connected to the internet. I have nothing installed on it and it has been this way since the day i bought it. Any idea on what i should do? Thank you
