hi,
I was trying to create recovery image using HP recovery Manager. I was seeing an option to write into USB FALSH drive or DVD. When I had inserted external HARD drive, HP recovery manager was not detecting . After that I had inserted PEN DRIVE which was detected by recovery manager. Does it mean I should use either PEN DRIVE or DVD to get the image ?
I understand it meant for PEN DRIVE , but I dont why I can not export it to exteranl hard drive ?

Hi,
It supports USB pen drive or DVD only and external HDD is not a pen drive.
Regards.
