Product: Spectre x360-15t Touch Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am going to create a System Recovery Image for my laptop. Should I use Discs or a USB flash drive (memory stick)? If I use a USB flash drive, how many GBs do I need?

It appears that your computer doesn't contain an internal DVD drive, therefore USB media would be the most approriate for your situation. Please see HP PCs - Performing an HP System Recovery (Windows 10) and select "Creating recovery media" for instructions on creating the HP Recovery Media on a USB flash drive. When you start the process and select the USB option, you will be told the USB flash drive minimum requirements. In most cases a 32GB (maximum) USB flash drive will work just fine.
