Hi.
I have an HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 installed with Windows 11 and I need to create an install USB to re-image it and start from scratch.
I've done this before, on a differnet model HP laptop, but cannot now find anything on-line to do it again.
Can anyone here please provide a blow-by-blow 'how-to'?
Cheers!

Hello, my name is James and I will do my best to help you with this.
A Windows Reset or restoration of the factory image would typically used to do this. Can you be more specific regarding your requirements?

Hi, @Rolfee
If your notebook came with W11 from HP, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will return your notebook's drive to its 'out of the box' condition.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.
