Product: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop

I run my own therapy business and have bought Adobe Creative cloud and have a HP Pavilion x360 laptop but it won't let me download all of the package without going and purchasing them individually through the app store even though I have already purchased them. I already hit Windows and R and misconfig and have bypassed the background functions to get around the background things to try and be able to down them around the app but it is not working. Suggestions?
