Customer Service Complaint

Your website is crap.

I cannot find, let alone install, the drivers I need in order to make my HP laptop work. And don't get me started on trying to find any help,  because it's non-exsitent.

I am now going to throw this piece of crap in the rubbish and buy an REAL laptop (for example, a Toshiba or DELL) that has a REAL customer support site that actually cares about it's customers and their needs.

(BTW, i am not a dumb user and have been working in the IT industry for many years)

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

I 100% agree! Their customer support seems to be absolutely awful! I can't even get an answer for my question! I definitely don't think I'll ever buy a HP product again.
