Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The problem is that after the bios update along with the Windows updates, the laptop began to cycle through reboots! What could be the reason! The operating system is working, the hard drive is also working!

Bios loads and after that the computer restarts.

I can not find new BIOS for my Notebook HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 17-cd1017ur
