Device encryption support: TPM is not usable, PCR7 binding is not supported

Hi Team,

Good Day,

This is with regards to the 'Windows 11' upgrade, I ran 'MS PC Health Check' to check the compatibility to upgrade to 'Windows 11'. But the compatibility check failing due to below reason:

"Device encryption support: TPM is not usable, PCR7 binding is not supported, hardware security test interface failed and device is not Modern Standby. Un-allowed DMA not usable"

I could not find TPM option to enable it in BIOS. 'Secure Boot' is in enabled state.

Requesting al of you to help me in fixing the issue to get 'Windows 11' upgraded.
System HW Details:

HP Pavilion g6-2217cl Notebook PC

1.9GHz up to 2.8GHz AMD Quad-Core A8-4500M Accelerated Processor

Bios Version: Insyde F.2A, 18-07-2016

OS - Windows 10 Home - Build version 10.0.19043 
Secure Boot: Enabled

Either you have TPM settings in your UEFI menus, or you do not.  Since you do not, there is nothing we or you can do to add them.  This laptop is not going to install and run Windows 11.

I have a TPM 2.0, Secure Boot and Virtualization enabled... I successfully clean installed Windows 11 without any error messages.  Up and running,  I noticed that PCR7 binding not supported error was showing up. Windows Defender said I have unsupported hardware.   

I did a clean installed Windows 10 and that same PCR7 error still exists on Windows 10... What's going on?    Windows Defender reports "Your device meets the requirements for enhanced hardware security"  

It's my understanding that TPM is normally the cause of PCR7 errors.  My TPM is active and seems to be working, PCR7 error is usually associated with a non-functional TPM.   

Any Ideas?
