My laptop is fairly new and only has about 6 months use on it. My warranty expired Dec 3rd a few months ago. Literally right after that I did HPs stupid assistant recommended updates and it crashed my laptop. The hard drive and motherboard are now garbage 😡. I can't get through to a human and yes I tried virtual chat with agent to create a ticket to talk to human and still nothing!! HP needs to help me because now I'm out of a laptop because of their stupid updates!!!!!!! What now??

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
