Hello everyone thanks for helping I am trying to help my sister out by fixing her computer, but I can’t get the pinch zoom setting disabled I checked settlings mouse in addition it doesn’t seam  To have a synaptics or elan mouse setting installed. I searched for both .It use to be windows 8. I tried downloading elan but it would not let my download synaptics. I don’t know why the driver for the touch pad mouse  is called alps nothing showed up for that either . Suggestions please ,I really hate that setting and disable it on all the computer I set up
