Does SP105878 replace SP76597? These are software packs for PC diagnostics

In trying to practice good stewardship with my software downloads, I want to get rid of obsolete software files. I had noticed on my laptop in the SWSetup folder, SP76597 -- HP PC Diagnostics USB Key, Version 3.5.0.0, July 2016. This provides a few options on creating a bootable USB drive for conducting repairs for catastrophic Windows 10 problems.

But in reviewing  HP PC Hardware Diagnostics | HP® Official Site, I'm seeing SP105878 is now available, HP PC Diagnostics, 4-in-1 BIOS Crisis Recovery, Version 1.0.0.2017. 

Ordinarily I would just keep both, but they're relatively large (over 1.5GB in size). Does SP105878 supercede SP76597?

Hi:

sp105878 is just for BIOS recovery for the Z230 SFF workstation. It does not supersede previous versions of the HP Diagnostics USB key.

You want sp112853, which is the new HP 4 in 1 diagnostics USB key, version 5.1.0.0

Regarding sp112853, I did not see that in my software driver/programs list for my particular laptop (HP-15ab010nr). Is it still compatible?

The bootable diagnostics tool (sp112853) should work on any HP PC.
