HP ENVY x360 - 15-bp152wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had nothing but issues with this laptop since I bought it back in October of 2018.  It has been sent in for repairs three times now and I have had HP send me Operating System restores to get it working.  Still issues.  When I received it back the last time in April - the screen cracked near the hing a couple of days later and it looked like there was a piece of hair from top to bottom.  I could not say it broke after something being tightened too much, etc. so I shut the touch screen off and have been dealing with it.  Now my laptop's fan won't work!  I sent it in for repair and they say my warranty is no longer valid because the screen is cracked.  Really, HP?  This has been a lemon since day one.  They want me to spend almost $700 to fix the repairs but I still have three months of warranty to go.  I would expect HP would stand behind their products.  This laptop was never dropped and I don't care if my screen is cracked.  However, I am not going to pay for a fan that is not working and should be under warranty.  Is there a complaint department that I can be transferred to?  Jessica seems to never call me back right away and tells me they have been trying to reach me but the first time said she never received my two phone calls and my email on this.  I do have an extended warranty through another company but this just makes me never want to buy an HP products again and I have loved and owned them for years.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
