Based on the following information Microsoft presents at Windows 10 Specifications & Systems Requirements...
Processor: | 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster processor or SoC
RAM: | 1 gigabyte (GB) for 32-bit or 2 GB for 64-bit
Hard disk space: | 16 GB for 32-bit OS 20 GB for 64-bit OS
Graphics card: | DirectX 9 or later with WDDM 1.0 driver
Display: | 800x600 |
2GB of RAM is sufficient for the use of Windows 10 64-bit.
Unless you have a specific need to use a 32-bit OS, there isn't any real reason to change the OS.

Hi,
This is the first time after nearly 70 years of my life and around 40 years of my work in IT: there is a person wanted to downgrade from 64 bit to 32 bit Operating system. What is the reason behind this ?
Regards.
