Product: HP Pavilion Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have changed my laptops HDD and installed new one with windows 10 pro version OS. But it does not take the digital license of widows 10 Home Sl which was earlier on my laptop. So help me to downgrade the windows to previous Home.

Please do a clean install Windows 10 using

 

     https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

It will pick the key in BIOS and activate itself as  Windows 10 Home or use HP Cloud Recovery tool

Worse case, take new HDD out, reformat it then try again.
