I have a new oman laptop. The C drive is smaller than the D drive. D drive 918gb Cdrive 118gb and Edrive 12.7gb. I can't back up my phone because the drive is too small. Can i chnage the Drive to C drive. I can no longer use the C drive as its full. There isn't even that much stuff on there. Its new

Since the model number is not given, I suspect the C: drive a SSD and the 😧 drive is a regular hard drive. Tell the backup program to save to the 😧 drive. Changing the C: drive to a larger SSD is possible but unless you go to a 500GB or 1Tb drive, the same thing will happen again. Learn how to use the 😧 drive for data storage.
I'm not an HP employee.

Changing the designations of C: and 😧 is a really BAD idea -- as that will cause inumerable stuff to fail, out right!
You CAN use the C: drive -- just not to store large files, like multi-GB backups. As @TheOldMan indicated, you need to use theD: drive for large data storage.
Also, here are some things you can do to recover some of the "disk" space: from the C: drive
