Hello, I have got an error that my windows system could not start up properly. I talked with windows agents, and after the third one, they told me I don't need drivers to install windows or something of the likes. I am not sure what drivers I need to re-install windows after the error I faced. I did make installation media too. I did post this problem on windows community, and they said I need to contact HP support.

Hi:
If you want to clean install W11 with the installation media you created, you have to install the Intel storage controller drivers so Windows can find the hard drive.
I have zipped the latest IRST driver up and attached it below.
Copy all of the files in both folders in the attached file to a USB flash drive.
Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.
Boot from the Windows installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
Click Next, and hopefully Windows will find the drive and install.
After W11 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:

Hi:
If BitLocker is enabled, you have to have the BitLocker key and if you didn't save or export the BitLocker key to your Microsoft account, you are pretty much out of luck.
Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows - Microsoft Support
Since you can't get into Windows, I don't know how you enter the BitLocker recovery key to turn BitLocker off.
So, what I recommend you do where you are at the screenshot you posted, would be to clean the disk and see if you will then be able to reinstall Windows.
To clean the disk:
1. From inside Windows Setup, press Shift+F10 to open a command prompt window.
2. Type diskpart and press the enter key
3..Type list disk (look for your disk number, check the size of the disk)
4. Type select disk <disk number> (should be disk 0) select disk0 (select the disk you want to format)
5. Type clean
6. Type convert gpt
7. Close the command prompt window.
8. Continue the Windows Setup installation.

Even though the partition 3 is BitLocker encrypted, you can still delete it. Just select it and Click Delete. You need to delete all other partitions to see "Drive 1 Unallocated space" and click Next. Windows installation setup will then create new partitions and install files on them.
See the post below. The author deleted the BitLocker encrypted partition and all other partitions to procede the Windows installation.
