Computer wouldn't start up, so I reinstalled windows 11. "But, No Drives Detected" and I can't LOAD any. So, the windows 11 can't complete the Installatio. thanks

Ok so you had four partitions on the screen and deleted all of them. Now you see "Drive 1 Unallocated space"? You mean disk 1 unallocated space? Unallocated space is not a partition so you cannot delete it.
If your laptop has only one storage drive and the setup displays "disk1(not disk 0) unallocated space," then go ahead click Next. The setup should proceed to install Windows.
If you still have a problem, post back with a screenshot of the displayed screen and your laptop's model number or product number.

You need to add Intel RST driver to your Windows installation usb drive to detect the storage drive. Please see the post below for the details.

You need to delete each of all the partitions that are on the screen, whether they are FAT32, NTFS or encrypted partition. When you delete all of them, you'll see "disk 0 unallocated space," then click Next. The installation setup will then create new partitions and proceed to install necessary files on them.
