Your laptop came with an Intel Core i3 11th gen processor that requires the Windows installer to have Intel RST drivers to detect the storage drive to install Windows on. The softpaq below contains the latest Intel RST diver (ver 19.5.2.1049). You just need to extract drivers with a file extraction utility such as 7-Zip and place them to your Windows installation USB drive.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp146501-147000/sp146929.exe
If you don't have 7-zip on your laptop, install from here (choose Windowsx64 version).
https://www.7-zip.org/a/7z2301-x64.exe
You can take the following steps to complete the installation:
1. Connect the Windows installation USB drive to the laptop.
2. Right click on the downloaded sp146929 file then click 7-Zip (for Win11 PC, right-click -> "Show More Options" - > 7 zip).
3. The newly created folder named "sp146929" should be where the downloaded sp file is. Click on the folder then double click on the F6 folder to make sure it contains the following files.
4. Copy the F6 folder to the root folder of the Windows installation USB drive.
5. Boot the laptop to start the installation. When you reach the screen where no drive is displayed, click on Load Driver.
6. Click Browse then double click on the USB drive. Select the F6 folder and click OK. Two drivers, as shown below, should be displayed. Select either one and click Next. Now you'll see the drive displayed.
7. At least four partitions, if the drive already has Windows installed, will be displayed. Delete each and every partition to see "disk 0 unallocated space" then click Next to proceed the installation.
