I'm in the diagnostics app on my laptop. It's invited me to update the bios (I think that's what it was, it seemed to suggest a general driver update of some kind), and it's been like this for about half an hour and counting. Is this ok? I don't want to interrupt it and cause a bigger problem!

Thanks

Force stop it if kept going for few hours . It got glitched. As for driver updates, windows update can handle it easily and install missing drivers. You can avoid this update from app

Thank you. What was it trying to update though? It just says 'drivers'?

It's likely tool bug and wasn't actually updating anything.

If it keeps running for a few hours and gets glitched, it’s best to force stop it and restart the app. For driver updates, Windows Update can easily handle installing missing or required drivers, so you don’t really need this app for that. You can safely avoid or disable this update. For more useful apps and tools, you can always check Trumapk.com  for trusted and updated downloads
