Notebook 15-f272wm EnergyStar
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I caught a virus and had to recovery for my system. Now I need to update Drivers. Your site verifies my Notebook but says that you cannot find what I need. The page will not allow me to choose my system version and move on to Driver downloads. Today my system shutdown with an error message of 'Driver IRQL'. I cannot get help anywhere else on this site. Nothing is working in Support options.
