Sorry if this isn't in the right place. Deleted all usb devices from device admin and system restored only this one but finds no controler for it.

Can someone help? Please?

Hi:

 

W10 is supposed to include the Intel and AMD USB 3 drivers, so there are no standalone W10 drivers you will find available.

 

You can try this W7 driver if you want and hope that works.  It has support for the hardware ID you posted.

 

This package contains the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.
