Hi andy , the hard reset doesn't work. And as explained previously I don't have a detachable battery its integrated. I've even taking steps and removed so fourth doesn't make a difference.
All I need to know,
Is there anything bios wise or anything else on boot that can help refrained getting the driver power state failure.
Safe mode won't load.
Or any recovery environment options.
Just the hp recovery tool installs the image.
Then after logs to administrator to the desktop then automatically restart and blue screens.
Any ideas 💡 🤔
