Hi @ShangoT,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand you have trouble using the PC, where the wifi and Bluetooth drivers have stopped. Sorry to hear about the trouble.
As you are looking for the drivers, sharing a step that will help to fix the issue and sharing the drivers page to download the drivers, try it and let me know.
BIOS Restore :
1) Shut down the computer, keep the charger plugged in
2) Hold down the Windows and B buttons together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK

Hi @ShangoT,
Thank you for sharing the PC details, and I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing. Since you're still encountering the BIOS recovery failed message, I recommend preparing an empty USB flash drive and using another working Windows 10 or 11 PC to download the BIOS recovery files from the HP support website. Once the BIOS is downloaded to the USB, you can use it to attempt a manual BIOS recovery on the affected PC.
Sharing the link that will guide you step by step on how to perform the recovery, please try and keep me posted.
