I can't speak for HP, but in my experience that driver won't be updated. I recommend you look for it on Intel using the assistant. If you don't want to do that, I can't help you any further. I'm not an HP employee, I'm just responding based on my experience.

Ultimately, what HP will do with its model is a mystery. I have been using Intel's drivers directly for years and they have worked wonderfully for me.

P.S., the model I used as an example is a business model that can cost between $3,000 and $6,000 (according to the specifications selected by the buyer), which is why HP updates them constantly.

I am using the same model, 9V2R8EA#AB8, and I am experiencing similar issues. HP needs to take software support for this product, which is only a year old, more seriously; this situation is causing a very negative experience for users.

Hello, did you try also the drivers from INTEL as recommended?

Because I am thinking that the normaly laptop brands have to provide the best matching driver, I mean OEM driver. In this case HP brand. What do you think?

I used Intel’s Driver Support Assistant for a while, but even the older OEM drivers gave me better results. Still, OEM drivers don’t get the attention they should. I’m even having a basic mouse pointer issue, and it’s been days since 25H2 came out, yet there are still no compatible OEM drivers

Currently, there are 24H2 drivers available, but someone asked me about the HP Laptop Win 11 25H2 driver here. For now, I think the 24H2 is available from this link and this link https://hpia.hpcloud.hp.com/downloads/driverpackcatalog/HP_Driverpack_Matrix_x64.html

I'm needing a network adaptor for a Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0031dx (68U87UA) Windows 11 Version 25H2.  So you are saying I can download any network adaptor for a Victus Gaming Laptop and then update it and it should update to the correct one?

I believe it is a MediaTek MT7921 Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax.
