My notebook is HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae012nc. The Issue is when reinstalling windows 11 - no drives can be found during windows 11 installation. HP support recommend to download Intel Storage Technology drivers to the USB flash drive, but this driver is not available for my notebook on the Software and Drivers HP Customer Support Page. There is a solution from this post. But not sure is this driver is compatible with my notebook. I will appreciate any suggestion and help, thank you.

Hi:
There is only one other thing I can think of that you can try and is to see if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
Here's an info link for how to use the utility.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
You can download the software from the Microsoft store.
HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Microsoft Store Apps
Hope that works so you can get a fresh start.

Hi:
Windows shouldn't need any storage controller drivers for your notebook's processor and chipset.
They are only needed for the Intel 11th gen and newer core processors.
I have zipped up and attached the Intel storage controller drivers your notebook would use, below.

Hi Paul_Tikkanen, thank you very much for your response. I have one question, it must be loaded all these drivers during the clean installation of windows 11 or how can I manage these drivers for my notebook? The notebook came with windows 10 installed originally, but I upgraded to windows 11.

You're very welcome.
If you are referring to how to use the driver file I zipped up, unzip the file and copy it to a USB flash drive.
When you are at the screen that reports that Windows cannot find any drives, click on the Load driver option.
Browse to the USB flash drive with the storage controller driver files on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
Click Next, and hopefully W11 will install.
Windows 11 should install most of the drivers for your notebook automatically.
HP only has W10 drivers for your notebook.

The only drivers you need to install are those for any missing devices, and if you don't know what the devices are, you can use this guide to find the hardware ID for the devices.
How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager (howtogeek.com)
Then if there are any HP software programs you want, you can install those programs from your notebook's support page.

Hi Paul_, I haven't been able to solve it yet. When I try to reinstall windows 11 in the part of loading the drivers for storage from the USB bootable flash drive, the drivers are not showing ( when the box is checked to include the compatible driver). I tried also to find out in Device Manager for outdated or missing drivers, but everything seems to be ok(no yellow exclamation marks) and on the HP Software and Drivers download so now no drivers are currently available for my notebook (there were last week). The main issues I am facing is the Blue Screen Error (STOP code errors) and the Black Screen error (Boot Device not Found, Hard disk 3F0 error) both. I did a reset of windows 11 saving my personal files, but it does not work, the issues persist. So I want to do a clean installation of windows 11, but I run into the missing drivers problem. If you come with any idea it will be appreciated, but in any case thank you.
