I am using a Windows 7 HP laptop I Start the pc  When I power on the laptop, it displays black screen said startup menu.

boot manager . and after enter and esc button then

startup menu

 

F1 System Information
F2 System Diagnostics
F9 System Boot Device Options
F10 BIOS Setup
F11 System Recovery
Enter- Continue Startup

After waiting for about few minutes, it shows an Blue screen error with the exact following message: Recovery Your PC needs to be repaired. A required device isn't connected or can't be accessed/ Error code: 0xc000000f You'll need to use the recovery tools on your installation media. If you don't ave any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your system administrator or PC manufacturer. I'm afraid of losing everything please help me.
