This is a peer to peer forum. I do not have any phone numbers for you to call and typically any phone numbers you see on this forum are posted by scammers and the numbers are deleted (hopefully) as soon as they are discovered.

How to contact an HP agent:
Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.

If you are out of warranty, you might consider asking Microsoft's Copilot for advice. Be sure to identify your product, what the problem is, and ask for videos.
There is also HP smart friend but Copilot is not restricted on answering certain questions.

You probably should register with HP's CarePack to obtain email and phone number support

Your warranty expired in 2019, to talk to a human you need to pay for CarePack support, sorry!

However, if you have a working microphone, the free CoPilot can easily be mistaken for a human and is likely to make fewer mistakes.  Ask Microsoft's Copilot
