I have the same problem already reported in a closed thread, where it says to reopen one if the solutions offered do not work.
I own a HP EliteBook formerly used by my employer where the OS has been deleted. When I now start the laptop to get the BIOS I end up et HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI no matter what buttons I press every second. ESC, F12, F9.
Please advise what I can do to get an OS installed from USB - as I cannot access boot order.

HP EliteBook 840 5CG5170GTQ is an invalid model/product. What is its generation (from 1 to 8 now).

It's the Serial Number.
Asset Tag Number:
Elite Book 840
Serial: [Personal Information Removed]
I do not have any other information on the Laptop.
