HP does not have any product called Elitebook 850 GB. Are you talking about Elitebook 850 G8 ? The series is not that old. Machines supprt

For HP 840 G6 series, there are 4 different 45W AC adapters

• 45 W USB Type-C, nPFC, wall mount, 1.8 m part # L32390-001
• 45 W HP Smart AC adapter, 2 prong part # 742436-001
• 45 W HP Smart AC Adapter for use in Argentina part # 741553-852
• 45 W HP Smart AC adapter, nPFC, 4.5 mm part # 741727-001

Except for the one in Argentina (probably Argentina has different regulation) you can use the rest including 65W adapters.
