Either use Windows, or some other Disk Utility to set the Restore (OEM) Partition of the drive as ACTIVE.
Quit/exit all programs, and power diwn PC/laptop (do not simply restart, as this does not completely remove settings from memory.)
Once completely powered down, turn your pc/laptop back on, and keep pressing the recovery button (usually F11) to boot into tge ACTIVE recovery partition.
This works on SR5139uk. Will also work the same on all recovery partition pcs, regardlesd of make/model.
