I have a new HP 14e3064 Laptop and while typing a long email this morning in Outlook twice the entire text I had typed disappeared suddenly. This was several paragraphs of text and each time I had to start over. I tried to find it in drafts but it was nowhere to be recovered. This was very irritating and I don't know who to ask for help. I feel like the keyboard of this PC is very sensitive and wonder if my hand accidently brushed across some key that made everything disappear. I cannot let this keep happening, Any comments would be appreciated.

Anything typed into Outlook might not going to be auto-saved in the same way the content might be saved (for example) in Word. If the content is saved, it is likely only saved within the Outlook environment.
Save what you are typing...
For example,
From Outlook Help
You can force a draft to save at any time by clicking the Save button in the top left menu bar of the email message or click File > Save.
You might be doing this to yourself - losing control of highlighted content can cause sudden loss of whatever is highlighted.
Before you say, "No!" - that's fine, this is just a suggestion of one way you can lose what is typed.

You might be brushing the mousepad / touchpad
Microsoft Answers > Losing text during typing
If you don't find the exact cause, if you do use Outlook > File > Save, doing so might at least help prevent losing your email before it is finished and safely sent on its way.
