Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently had a new SSD put in my laptop to increase storage to 1TB, when Windows reinstalled it seems not all drivers were installed so I am installing them manually, one by one, from the HP website. Some drivers, for audio, finger print scanner, graphics etc, don't seem to install and all come up with the same message after downloading and opening the .exe file. The message is always the same: "The driver is not supported on this OS version (10.0.18363)"

I'm not that technical, so if anybody knows what this means and the solution would be able to explain it in simple terms?

Many thanks

Windows 10 comes in different versions.  The current version is 19042.  The previous version was 19041.  The version you report is from the Autumn of 2019, known as 19.09 build 18363. The Win10 version you installed from does not support the HP drivers you have downloaded.
